Enolya Investments is a limited liability company operating as an investment vehicle focused on long-term value creation, designed to meet the needs of our investors. As an Alternative Investment Company, we operate under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), ensuring the highest level of transparency and a secure investment environment that fulfils all regulatory requirements for qualified investors.

With a planned investment target of 100 million euros, we allocate capital into enterprises and projects that generate long-term, stable revenues. Our priorities include renewable energy sources, sustainable infrastructure and innovative technologies.

Ramy regulacyjne (KNF)

Enolya Investments Sp. z o.o. (ASI) działa w reżimie ustawy o funduszach inwestycyjnych i zarządzaniu alternatywnymi funduszami inwestycyjnymi (implementacja AIFMD).

Zarządzający ASI jest wpisany do rejestru prowadzonego przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego (KNF) lub posiada stosowne zezwolenie – zgodnie z właściwą ścieżką regulacyjną dla ZASI.

Prowadzimy compliance, AML/KYC, polityki zarządzania ryzykiem i konfliktami interesów, a także raportowanie wymagane przepisami.

Oferta kierowana jest do inwestorów kwalifikowanych i ma charakter niepubliczny. Szczegółowe informacje o statusie rejestrowym udostępniamy na życzenie.

Management Team

Sławomir Węglarz

Member of the Management Board of Enolya Investments Sp. z o.o., the company managing our alternative investment vehicles.

Since 2014, he has been actively involved in renewable energy projects, including the financing of wind and photovoltaic power plants, as well as the implementation of innovative technological solutions within RES projects. He develops and verifies financial models for entities applying for EU grants and for companies at an early stage of development.

For 12 years, he was associated with the banking sector. As a team manager, he was responsible for maintaining relationships with strategic clients and delivered presentations and training sessions on innovative financial solutions for large corporations and enterprises.

At Enolya Investments, he supervises the selection of Fund Deposits and ensures the proper operational and financial functioning of investments.

Jakub Wikiera

Attorney-at-law with extensive experience in the financial market, including roles as Head of the Legal Department at a brokerage house, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a brokerage firm, and professional legal representative for individual clients in litigation against investment companies operating in the Republic of Poland and across the European Union.

An expert in derivative financial instruments, including CFDs and options — from structuring and execution to legal enforcement and litigation. Winner of the Masters of Investing competition organized by brokerage house XTB S.A., and a frequent speaker at industry events.
